Our designers come from very different backgrounds and disciplines. We’re engineers, teachers, industrial designers, retail experience experts, hospitality movers and shakers, fashion designers and even had a helicopter pilot, just to name a few.
We built our team this way because we know the best ideas come when we start to look at a problem from new angles. We do this by sitting in an actual room together. We do it a few times a week, every week. We invite people in, we talk, we sketch, and we collaborate, and solve problems.
